Our educator organisation consistently reflects our Philosophy of shared responsibility, inclusion, calm supervision, responsive relationships and respect for each child's agency. Roles, positioning and relief induction follow staffing, supervision and communication procedures. Our educators adapt to children's cues while maintaining clear responsibilities, so learning, wellbeing and family communication remain consistent across rooms, routines and staffing changes.
